Renting to companys

Renting is the long-term hire of a good chosen by the customer which includes the regular costs derived from use and enjoyment of the good (management, maintenance, repairs, assistance, insurance and taxes).

For companies that want to extend their own vehicle fleet, offer an extra service or need fast mobility for their workers, we offer the possibility of long-term hire.

Advantages of renting:

1. The monthly fee includes all the necessary services for the use of the vehicle.
2. Renting is hiring without the option to purchase, however, if you are interested in buying the good after the contract has ended, Alquimoto will offer you a good re-purchase price depending on the condition of the vehicle.
3. Tax benefits for companies and self-employed professionals: Tax relief on Company Tax or Personal Income Tax.
4. The good can be used without having to pay out large sums of money at the start.
5. All the costs of the operation are identified upfront. It becomes a fixed cost, without the need to pay out large, unexpected sums of money.
6. It does not require any administrative procedures, Alquimoto deals with the management of your vehicle fleet.
7. The company gives off a good image with vehicles in perfect condition.
8. It can be cancelled at any time, by reaching an agreement between the two parties.

OUR RENTING

• The customer chooses the vehicle (model and possible adaptations).
• The contract period and use are agreed in advance.
• Payment of the amount shown on the contact is made according to 12-24 direct debits that will be charged from the beginning of each month until the end.
• The customer or hiring party must abide by Alquimoto’s requirements for the technical specifications of the vehicle’s maintenance.
• The customer will be given a vehicle of similar characteristics when theirs is undergoing maintenance at the official dealership.
• At the end of the contract Alquimoto is responsible for removing the vehicle.
